"When the modern man encounters a word which is even a little hard to define, he quickly despairs of even trying. With a word like "nature," the modern man simply claims no such thing exists and so there is no point in carefully defining it. With words like "consent," the modern man hastily assembles a vague, simple, and essentially worthless definition, then threatens violence again anyone who points out the numerous ambiguities in the definition."
